La Charente
La Charente is a region of France in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, sort of in the Central West. The French don’t think it’s all that chic, it doesn’t get scorching hot in Summer or snowbound in Winter and there’s not very much to see. It’s not Provence or the Côte d’Azur as its nowhere in particular, and I love it.
